  i have not accessed my site in a long time. now when i try, it says i can not. how do i reset it?

  If you’re referring to myfamilylifeblog.com, then it is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
