Accessing my site

I have had an answer to this but it didn’t help. I paid for a plan and for an email account but I can’t access my site at all!! I feel very annoyed that I can’t speak to someone and I would like to cancel my account. I can’t even do that because it says I don’t have a site so ‘managing purchases’ is impossible. I was told to log pin with my username rayna1952 which I did and still no site. It is now nearing the 96 hours I have to cancel and as it stands at the moment, I can’t cancel or do anything. I am furious because I will have lost around £150. Can you have help please??!!

You know the correct username you should be using. Can you remember the password? If not see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
Once you’re logged in to the correct account you’d have access to email and/or Livechat with staff. -
