  Friends say when they try and access my site they get a message about security settings. They are unable to check out the site.

  Hello,
  That can happen if someone visits your site with https at the beginning of the link instead of http. For example:
  http://theluvvie.com – No problem, send your friend here.
  https://theluvvie.com – security warning, avoid using this link
