Accessing my site
-
I’ve had this domain since 2014, but have not used it in years. I want to use the domain again but cannot access it when I sign in. It does not show up on my account for ownership. How do I access it?
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi there!
Can you let us know what domain you’re asking about? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!

Perhaps try logging in to your other account?

It is rachelledenecochea.com. I believe I purchased it through wp.org, but they say the domain doesn’t exist.

No it’s right here at WordPress.com. As I said you need to log into your other account to reach it and do so soon as the domain expires in 4 weeks time.

What other account? I’ve logged into the only one I know of at wp.com. It’s not there, and if it is I don’t know how to access it.

Hi there,
I do not see any upgrades under your @rachelledenec2 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? The fact that you have the number ‘2’ in your account name may be a clue that this is a second account you created. As @themagicrobot points out, this account over here has a very similar looking avatar photo to this one. You are sure this is not your other account? https://wordpress.com/forums/users/rachelledenec/
I can confirm that rachelledenecochea.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your rachelledenec2 login, so you will want to focus on gaining access to the correct account. Once you log in to the account it’s simple to renew the domain.
If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
