Accessing my site
-
I can’t access my site – my website has also disappeared from internet view and my email account is now affected. I have a website already set up and established since 2015. Last week I tried to make changes to my home page, my logo, and business name change and now I can’t get in my dashboard or see my site, even when I enter the address. When I click on ‘My site’ on the wordpress page, nothing happens. The page is blank. Anything else I try to access related to the website on this dashboard is blank. The ‘address’ of the page I am trying to get to comes up at the top but the page itself is completely blank. I am not a technical person and do not understand some of the terminology used. HELP!

Hi there,
http://nofrillscrops.com/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. For reference, you can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
https://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/That said, it sounds like you may have changed a setting like the site URL setting. Our equivalent setting works a little differently here so we don’t typically see this type of issue, but I suspect this guide may be able to help you:
