Accessing my site to fix pages

Hi,
I have been trying to access my account because my site has been broken for months. I have been able to get in through an email link, but cannot edit anything. It keeps prompting me to login, but tells me that neither my email nor user name exist.I need to get in so I can fix the services link which has all of a sudden started doing nothing, instead of going to the page I see on my end.
