accessing my sites

  I have two sites, http://www.creativeasylum.com.au and http://www.fabelhaus.com which i cannot get into to update – something wrong logins/passwords – I need to update both of these and scratch http://www.s-t-r-e-t-c-h.com

  How to contact wordpress admin/help people to resolve?
