Hello there,
I’d like to just double check the URL of the site you require help with. Is the above where you’re usually visiting your site?
The reason being is that the URL mentioned doesn’t return a site.
Why did I get a bill for $48. On my Discover card?
Why does it say pineapplefarm.Wordpress. Com instead of org? There could be a charge with a different WordPress.com account. The reason why I mention this is because, on the account you’re communicating to us from currently, there’s neither.
If you can locate a transaction ID, ( https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id ) you can use this with the account recovery form here. https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

Try pine-apple farm.com
I called go daddy and they said you are hosting it at WordPress.com but they wanted to move it to them for a big fee to help us.
I still would like to know why you charged me $48. On my credit card.
I really need to be able to make changes to my website soon. -
Thanks for that. The domain
pine-applefarm.comis connected to a website here at WordPress.com, but it is not associated with the user account you’re currently logged into.Additionally, the domain itself is registered with NameSilo, not WordPress.com – so if you need to change the domain nameservers to point away from your WordPress.com site, then you would do so there.
Regarding the charge, it’s associated with a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged into. You need to log out of
pinetree309and into the correct account to manage the recent charges. If you don’t remember what account you used to set this up and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXYou can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
I hope that helps!
