Accessing my WordPress account

  I’ve hired a tech thru an online ‘outsourcing’ provider, but don’t know how to access my WP account for the purpose of changing my URL – website address – as the outsourced tech isn’t communicating with me well. I need the website to reflect the original domain name given.
