Accessing of e-comm backend

    Hi there
    I have recently migrated my site over to Shopify which was an easier platform for me to manager. I had a few outstanding orders on WordPress/WooCommerce and I thought I would still be able to access these orders – but now I can’t seem to. Can you please assist with how I can access these orders and the information?

    Hi there,

    If you switched your domain over to Shopify already you’ll need to contact your previous hosting provider for help in accessing your old site’s database on their servers. WooCommerce support can only help you with the WooCommerce plugin itself. They can’t help you retrieve data from a server at your hosting provider that’s no longer connected to your domain.
