Accessing our Username and Password

    Good morning,
    We are planning to make some changes to our website – Chelseabirthclinic.co.uk – as some of the contact information is now incorrect and urgently needs updating but we are unable to track down the original designer we used to build it (Tom Davies), as the website was built 12 years ago. Please can you kindly let me know how to access our companies website information so we can update it urgently. Thanks so much!

    Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link.

    WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
