accessing page content after fwding domain to new server?

I think I goofed.
I am running wordpress, but now under hostgator, rather than wordpress default servers. I forwarded the domain but forgot to grabb the content on pages at http://forestdreamoregon.wordpress.com Do those pages still exist anywhere so I can at least copy/paste the words from pages?

Hello, information about temporarily turning off the site redirect is available here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/
Scroll down to the “Disabling Redirect” part. Once it’s disabled, you should be able to access forestdreamoregon.wordpress.com. After you’ve grabbed what you need, go back and re-enable the site redirect.

I ‘transferred’ the domain, not redirected it.
However, I see its still showing up on wordpress management page at https://wordpress.com/my-domains/72670834 .
1- Does this mean I can still grab content?
2- I’m not sure where to do that? Can you give me link or direct me?

The site https://forestdreamoregon.wordpress.com/ should be up and running for you to export the content now. You may need to clear your browser’s cache for the site URL to work correctly:
Can you try exporting your content following the steps here?
You should then be able to import the content into your self-hosted site.
