Accessing Previous WordPress Ecommerce Website

  Hi there,

  I need help accessing my previous e-commerce website. I changed my hosting provider and no longer can access my wordpress/ woocomerce account.

  Hi, was the site hosted here with us? If you’ll share a link, we can take a look.

  We can often help with sites hosted here on our services, but if it was only ever hosted elsewhere, your best bet will be to reach out to your host.

  Thanks for that. Your website had not been hosted here at WordPress.com previously, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise.

  When switching hosting providers, you also need to migrate all your site content over to the new host, otherwise, the previous host will simply remove your content once you stop paying for their services.

  I would recommend reaching out to your previous hosting provider ASAP to see if they have a backup of your e-commerce site that you can use to restore. If they don’t, and you don’t have your own backup, you may be out of luck. :(
