Hello. I have the FTP, UI and PW to my site but I have no idea what to do next. I have a zero budget but if someone could point me in the right direction where I can find simple step by step directions on how to access my site and make minor changes, I would appreciate it or if you know of a good how to book please forward the title. Thank you.

I have the FTP, UI and PW to http://www.betweenstories.com/. How do I access it and make simple changes and additions? Since I can’t afford to hire anyone, I am a bit wary giving out the UI and PW so if anyone can refer me to a help site or a good how to book, I would greatly appreciate it. Have a great evening.
