accessing subdomain site in wordpress that is linked to wordpress

  hello, my website was created with siterubix.com and as it is linked with WordPress I was able to access the site with my WordPress account but now it says that my site is not available on WordPress account and I need to create one. Please help me with this one. My site: urbaineflex.siterubix.com and reviewcloud.siterubix.com

  Hi there!

  The site urbaineflex.siterubix.com seems to be connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re contacting us from. You’ll want to log out and log in to the correct account to access it.

  As for the other site, make sure Jetpack is connected:
