How do I access the admin panel of one of my saved sites?

I have 3 sites stored on WordPress. I need to access their admin panels to update/add information. How do I do this?

Which site? What’s essential for getting support is providing the URL of the site referred to and you did not do that.

Be aware that if the sites are not on our wordpress.COM servers then you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.

Upon login, WordPress is saying that I have an invalid email address. It’s the same one I have used forever. I have checked and re-checked it many times. Please help!
