Accessing the blog without login credentials

Hello, i’ve been asked to upload some poems and stories by an artist. She has a blog page powered by WordPress. She does not have access to the internet, so she asked a certain person to setup a blog for her. She would give that developer USB with word files and developer would upload the stories by himself. Unfortunately that person stopped answering phone, and denied any contact by her and her associates. So at the moment she can not access her blog, she never received any login info from him. Since she can not access the login page, and therefore sge can not upload anything, what are her options in regaining control of her own blog?

All I can do is email the address on the account. We aren’t able to say what email address that is as it would be a violation of user privacy. Let me know if you’d like me to proceed that way. Otherwise, you can try sending a note to

I completely understand the situation. I’ll talk to the owner, and we’ll go from there. Since she doesn’t use the internet. I highly doubt that she mad an email account and that said developer used it for creating her website. Will let you know as soon as i have more info from her. Thank you!
