  How can I Access the PHP code of my Template and edit it.

  WordPress.com hosting service doesn’t allow you to access the php code of any template, only CSS if you have that upgrade for you blog. If you require access to the php code of your templates, you might want to consider self-hosting wordpress, installing wordpress from wordpress.org as that gives you unlimited control of your blog.

  WordPress.com is a free hosting service for your own blog, but you can always do it yourself as well on a paid hosting account:

  http://wordpress.org

  You can have access under the VIP program as well if you qualify.
