Accessing the Primary Menu Unordered List File in 2013 theme

    Hi,
    I recently got help changing a menu link to a “place holder” by using the empty # inside a custom link.
    But the problem I have now is I have a fairly large menu and when I go to replace the cat. link with the custom link it throws all my sub-menus out.
    Can I access the actual UL file somewhere?? in the database? If so where would I find it?

    This would really save me a lot of work. Any suggestions?
