I built a wordpress site Trisha OCallaghan Art and it was linked to a domain http://www.trishaoc.ie. i want to access it again but if i log in to wordpress it says its not there

I took a look at the site you mentioned trishaoc.ie, and noticed that it’s not hosted on WordPress.com, and the domain isn’t registered here either.
In this case, you’ll need to contact your current hosting provider so they can help you with this.

That forum is the best place for sites like yours that use the WordPress software but aren’t hosted with WordPress.com.

It was hosting by a company 3 years ago. I asked if I re established my hosting with them could they access the WordPress site I previously had and they could seem to answer me year or no

A hosting company never keeps a backup of a site that long. If you didn’t make a proper backup, I guess there is nothing left of your previous site also as the Internet Archive never scraped that site – https://archive.org/search?query=trishaoc.ie

Since your site trishaoc.ie was hosted elsewhere and not on WordPress.com, we don’t have access to delete it from here. You’ll need to reach out directly to your hosting provider, as they’ll be able to fully remove the site from their servers for you.

Thanks for sharing that, @trishaocarta1df32692e! If you’re referring to the site trishaocallaghandotart.wordpress.com instead of trishaoc.ie, I noticed that it’s linked to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re using to contact us.
To delete it, you’ll need to log out of your current session and log in using the email address connected to the account that owns that site. Once you’re logged in to the correct account, you can delete the site by following this guide:

If you don’t remember the email address linked to that account, you can try recovering access by following our account recovery process here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership
