Accessing this site via admin account
-
Hello. Our company site is hosted with WordPress. I was added to manage our site via our wp-admin backend, but my wp-admin credentials are not allowing me to login to wordpress.com in order to manage our site.
We would like to upgrade to the premium plan so we get customer support and automatic backups, but there is no way to do that from the wp-admin backend. I created a wordpress.com account suing my same email, but wordpress.com seems to treat it as different from my wp-admin account (despite the fact they use the same email), so I can’t manage anything for the site with the wordpress.com account.
What do I do? It seems like important information about our site and account are locked with no way for us to view or edit them.
