  Hello,

  This is a round about way to ask for help accessing this site. I am new to this position and the login information was saved on the desktop at work. I updated some information and after updating, saw that our WordPress required new plug ins/updating. Since I clicked ‘update’ I’ve been unable to access the dashboard nor the published website.

  I am unsure which email is associated with the username above, but it’s likely the email doesn’t exist anymore.

  This is a concern because patients are unable to access our website to make payments. Please let me know if you can help me access this website.

  Hey @marisam726, can you send a link to your site, as well as the exact error message you’re seeing? Also, if you can remember what kind of information you updated, can you share that? With that context we should be able to point you in the right direction.

  Hi! Al I remember is that it said something like “you have plugins that require updating” while on the dashboard so I clicked “update”. I’m sorry I don’t remember more.

  All I get is a white screen when I try to login from the desktop. I don’t get an error message at all. However, when I try on my personal computer with the username and password that was given to me, it says “incorrect password”, and then I don’t know the email associated with that account. I do, however, know the correct username.

  Thanks for that! We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.

  It looks like the site is hosted with CeraNet. You should contact their support for help in seeing what went wrong when you updated your plugins.
