Accessing Users after Domain has been Connected to Wix Site

I have connected my domain, which was previously connected to a WordPress site hosted through GoDaddy, to a new Wix site. I want to transfer my users over, however the users I could see on the ‘People’ page of my WordPress before I did this are not visible any more. There was a message reading, ‘There was an error retrieving users’.
How can I see these users? Thanks!

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
