  Hello, I need to access my domain website ‘illiannadego.com’ but something went wrong and it will not let me access my dashboard. My subscription expired, but my website is still active. How do I access my dashboard that is attached to my website? https://illiannadego.com/ Thank you!

  Hi @illiannadego105ac8db2d37, you’re logged into a different account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

  If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address.
