  I am trying to log in and edit my page. Additionally, I have requests that need a response from site users.

  The site is http://www.secgtx.com

  How can I gain access to make edits and respond to queries?

  Are you trying https://secgtx.com/wp-login ?

  However, Secgtx.com uses WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum is dedicated to WordPress.com sites.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
