Hi, I am having trouble accessing my website admin to change and update the website.

Please head to the link below and login with your credentials:
And in the top left corner you can click on ‘My Site’ which will likely be where you land after logging in anyway. Then, in the left-side menu you can click ‘Pages’ or ‘Posts’, and continue editing your content :-)
Also, please try logging in with your username: leadershipladyblog
If you don’t remember the password, you can request a password reset to the e-mail registered with the account by clicking on ‘Lost Your Password?’ on the login page.

I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
As @mountaingoat76 has pointed out, is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that leadershiplady.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @leadershiplady1 login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
