Accessing WordPress HTTP Request payloads to BigCommerce
-
Hi, I’m working on a WordPress site that is using BigCommerce for WordPress and it has been experiencing customer syncing issues. I reached out to BigCommerce and they found a 422 error on POST and PUT requests to the customers route. They suggested I ask WordPress for the corresponding payloads so we can determine the cause of the 422. If you can help or point to who can, it would be much appreciated!

Your site is hosted with Rackspace. You need to contact them to get assistance with this site. You can also reach out to the WordPress.org community
If you are interested in moving your site to WordPress.com, we would be better able to assist you with issues such as this one in the future. You can learn more about moving to WordPress.com here.
Hope this helps!
