Accessing WordPress site

    Hi – I have a wordpress site that my developer created which we don’t seem to be able to access. It is Quantico Business Center. She set the site up and I have never accessed the back-end. Now she says that I changed the password (I didn’t) and no one seems to be able to log-in to update the site. Can you help? It doesn’t recognize my email when I am trying to re-set the password.

    In order for us to help you, we need to know the URL of the website you are working on. The URL in your post doesn’t appear to be the Quantico Business Center website you are talking about. If it is another WordPress.com account, you can review the Account Retrieval process here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    For us to give more specific information though, we’ll need to know more about the site and the errors you are encountering.
