Accessing wp-admin

    Hi Guys,

    Years ago I created a website for Lynch Financial Group using wordpress. They have asked me to make some changes to it but I no longer know my password to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I go to http://www.lynchfingroup.com.au and click ‘forgot my password’ but the link just reloads the exact same page, so is no help. I managed to login with my username (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it has brought me to this dashboard at wordpress.com which I have not seen before. I can access my two sites (which I can not do when I login via http://www.lynchfingroup.com.au/wp-admin ) and also see the ‘people’ that can access Lynch Financial Group’s website ((email visible only to moderators and staff) being one of them) – but I can not change their passwords from here.

    Can you please help me recover or change my password for (email visible only to moderators and staff) at http://www.lynchfingroup.com.au/wp-admin so I can get into the backend and make these changes?

    There are two different versions of WordPress. These forums only provide support for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

    If you need support for a self-hosted site using software from WordPress.org, please try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums.
