AccessPress Lite

Hi, can I ask how could I go about AccessPress Lite? I was having trouble with our site after updating it. before updating the site, everything is in place as like featured post, slider, why us section, social links and home theme options. I then decide to update the theme because one of my new blog posts is dated January 01 1900. After the update, things went wrong. I tried searching for help via youtube which was uploaded years ago say about 6 years ago, and at the WP support section, I found out that I have encountered the same problem to some users. I also installed Kirki Customize Framework, but still it didn’t go back to what is the prior layout before the update. Please I need some help here.

It sounds like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
AccessPress Lite appears to be a theme by Access Keys. If you have problems with this theme, you need to reach out to the theme developers for help in their support forum here:
