  yes I was charged 300 for my wordpress site and I need a refund because it was an accident I do not use it and I meant to cancel the subscription thank you. please help.

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades, which suggests you have another account. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these public forums, just a site address.

  If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, there should be an option to cancel the upgrades from the Manage Purchases page.
