  Hi, it is our WordPress account that has accidentally been closed. We have been told in 30 days alll our data will be deleted. We need the account back as soon as possible.

  Hello again, This thread has been tagged for Staff attention.

  Assuming that it is a WordPressdotcom account you are trying to recover and that account is using the email address you posted in your first reply, Staff will be able to check which WordPressdotcom account that email address is associated with. If it has been less than 30 days, they will be able to recover it.
