Accidental close account

    Hi , have send out some mail regards to the above subject, there is some rely, but no answer from WP, is my account have been reversed, thank in advance to whom can help

    Hi there,

    It is possible to reverse an account closure for the first 30 days after an account is closed. I have added “modlook” tag for the staff assistance. You will get a reply soon from the staff.

    Hi there,

    What deleted account are you trying to reopen? We can only reopen a closed account if the request comes from the email that used to be connected to that account, so the best way to get help with this is to reply to the account closure email we sent you when you first closed the account. We cannot do this based on a request from a completely different account.

    If you’ve already replied to that email, please be patient while waiting for a reply. Someone from our account recovery team will get back to you soon.
