We inadvertently did not pay the annual renewal and need to reinstate our site and pay to make our account active and current again ASAP.

Hi there,
It looks like you issued a chargeback against us about two weeks ago and your payment for your Premium Plan was refunded by your bank.
You will need to pay the chargeback fee on the checkout page to reactivate your site. Then you’ll be able to buy the Premium Plan again.
