  Hello, I just received a receipt that my plan was upgraded to business plan, that I do not want. Can that transaction please be cancelled and refunded?

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.

  This account is also only four months old – auto-renewal happens at 11 months after an upgrade was purchased, so you’re referring to an upgrade in another account.

  Can you please log into the correct account and comment here to confirm? Or if you’re unsure of the account, what is the address of your upgraded site?
