Accidental Post
-
I believe someone’s post has accidentally landed on my blog; I’m not trashing it as it is someones work and they may not have it. It has not been published, I’m leaving it, can someone help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
What’s the title of the post? I can take a look at it to see what might have happened here.
-
I have it as a draft, it is entitled – Smile While You Read: 5 Funniest Romantic Books – I thought it was rather odd, as I don’t read that much Rom/Com novels.
-
Hi Alexander – The post was written under your user account.
Does anyone else have your login credentials – username and password?
And/or do you share the same computer with anyone else, such that the browser might have logged them into your account when they meant to be logged into their own, and they did not notice?
-
No, only me working on this laptop and I make sure no one has my password. I’m not sure if this is a glitch or what-not but I am more anxious to get the work back to the person whom it belongs too, because I along with everyone else would hate to have work go missing. I believe it may be a females post as it had that feel of the way they wrote, but I could be and probably am mistaken. And I am the only person living in this house, so not chance of someone stepping foot onto my blog. Hope this helps some more.

Hi Alexander – It’s really thoughtful of you to want to get the work back to who it belongs to, but given that it was written under your account, there’s really no way for us to determine whose it is.
Please immediately change your password to something strong and unique that you do not use for any other account:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/For now, I’d just delete the draft, but if you notice anything like this again in future, please let me know as soon as possible.
One more thought – do you use any kind of third-party applications or content tools when you write your blog posts?
-
Not that I know of Miss Happiness Engineer, just little ol’ me doing all of this tiresome work. And I am thoughtful, I’m always telling people that who read my blog – Thats a lie. But I shall make up a super-duper password so this doesn’t happen again; I just hope she/he backed up their work, would be a shame for it to end up in my bin. Hey-Ho!
Thanks for your help, little lady; its been fun.
Stay shiny and keep your pen busy!Alex
