Accidental purchase

    I accidentally purchased a 3-year plan for the domain ‘michaelrgonzalezcom.wordpress.com’. I did not want this domain. I purchased ‘michaelrgonzalez.com’ from Bluehost and was trying to design a wordpress website using this newly purchased domain, hence my intention to buy a three year premium plan on WordPress. I do not understand how, or why, the URL premium plan is ‘.wordpress.com’ instead of the ‘.com’ that I was trying to use.

    Hi there! It looks like you’ve already removed and cancelled your WordPress.com plan at this time. That means the refund would be on its way to you but may take up to 10 working days to show on your statement.

    As it is, the Premium plan is a plan we offer, for hosting a site here on WordPress.com. Since you’re hosting at Bluehost, you’d be using the free WordPress software from WordPress.org.
