    Please help! Today WordPress took money from my Paypal for a renewal that came from an old email address prior to my divorce. I never check that email because of the abuse associated with the last name, so I didn’t now a renewal was even pending, and of course my ex didn’t contact me either. This is my literal grocery money, so I am freaking out. No work with COVID.

    What is the address of the site that you were charged for? You will want to use the email associated with the account to log in and cancel the purchase from your dashboard.

    We can also help you cancel the charge but for that, you will need to reach out from the account in question.
