I accidentally activated a new theme, how do I get my old code back?

Exactly what do you mean by “code”?
CSS is theme specific. If you have custom CSS and later change themes, you need to delete whatever CSS you have in the Editor, otherwise, you’ll get undesired results.

To ‘reset’ a theme, you need to delete the CSS in the Editor, make sure the “add to existing CSS” radio button is checked, then save. Things should go back to normal.

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
browse themes until your find one you like and click “activate”
or type in the name of the theme you want to use and
click the “activate” link when it appears

After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.

Thank you. I went in to the CSS Stylesheet Editor/CSS revisions and set the theme from an earlier date.
