Accidentally blocked Social Media referrers as Spam

  Hi If there’s anyone who can help me with this issue I would be most grateful. I have accidentally blocked Google plus and Facebook in the referrer part of my blog.

  If anyone knows how this can be reversed, could they please let me know. This is important as I would like to be know where traffic is coming from proportionately.
