accidentally blocked WordPress access to twitter

  I was trying to set up the Twitter link from my blog to Twitter, and I think I accidentally hit the wrong button for Allow/Deny – now I get the following Twitter message:

  This page is no longer valid. It looks like someone already used the token information you provided. Please return to the site that sent you to this page and try again … it was probably an honest mistake.

  I have tried logging off WordPress, closing and re-starting my browser, but neither works.
  Can I get the token reset or replaced?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
