accidentally canceled my Professional Email subscription and transferre domain

I transferred my domain over to a different supply and accidentally cancelled by email subscription. I have now lost access to my emails as i was downloading all of my emails. I really need to get access to continue downloading my emails. It was paid for until next year.
I cant re-add the email options as it is telling me i need to repurchase the domain, but i already own it.
