accidentally cancelled a domain
-
Hello,
I registered a domain for a blog I am creating. It applied itself to the wrong site I created, so I was trying to apply it to the appropriate site, but I ended up accidentally cancelling it alltogether. I see the message that says it may never become available again, and when I try to register it again sure enough it says it is unavailable even though I just literally cancelled it. Will it show back up and how can I get it back to put it on the right blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @lonestarmusictherapy, as long as the domain was relatively new when you cancelled it, it should be released again within a few business days so you can buy it again.
If you had initially purchased the domain more than a few days ago, we may need to contact the registrar to get it back (which also takes a few business days.) Let me know if you need us to do that.

Ok thank you. I registered a different domain just invade so I have something to use. I will ke checking for the one I originally wanted over the next few days. If it doesn’t show back up, I’ll let you know. I really appreciate your help!

No problem @lonestarmusictherapy. If you don’t see it by tomorrow, let me know and I’ll see if I can get in touch with the registrar anyway.

The domain I wanted finally showed back up. I was able to register it. The website is not redirecting to it successfully yet, but I’m sure that just takes a day or two. For now though, it seems I was able to get it back.
