Accidentally change website url instead of user name

I accidentally changed my website url in settings and now I cannot get onto my blog at all.
It should be blingsessentialoils.com but I changed it to blingshealthandwellness. Is there anyway I can change it back without redoing everything?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I tried loading blingsessentialoils.com, and it loads fine from my side.Looking further, I see your blog is not hosted with WordPress.com. We are only able to provide support for sites hosted with WordPress.com.
