Accidentally changed my site address , now cannot go back to the original addres

Dear WordPress support team,
I permanently changed my site address from https://virtualplain.wordpress.com to https://virtualissar.wordpress.com accidentlly. now i desperately need to go back to my original address ‘https://virtualplain.wordpress.com/’ but i am not bale to do so . i also tried the redirect my site address to my original site by paying $ 13 but seems like the https://virtualplain.wordpress.com/ address is permanently down . can you please make it up again , i have submitted my blog address for a competition and i will be disqualified if this is not fixed . need your help urgently. i can be reached at ‘+971-564106826 ‘ and (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Hi @saurav116, when you go through the site name change process, we give you the option to keep both addresses or permanently disable the old one. If you kept both addresses we could likely help you export/import (it would be a lot of work, but it’s doable). But it looks like you chose the option to permanently disable the one you got rid of.
I will remove the site redirect for you and refund the account so that at least the new address will work. Perhaps you can re-submit your entry with the new name. Good luck!

Its to late for me to re-submit my entry with the new name , is there a workaround . can’t i reuse the “virtualplain.wordpress.com” name again , i am sure this site address would be still available . i know its my fault to disable the address permanently . can you please make my site up and running with the old name ? please !
