accidentally closed an account

Please help! I was trying to get into the Burt site–with my standard user name. It wouldn’t recognize my password, so I tried resetting it without any luck. Next, It came up with weird name I had NEVER used and had no notes on. I have no idea what that was–there were NO accounts associated with it, so I closed it. Now I can’t get into the Burt site. I don’t have any documentation, but started the blog in 2011. Please help. I have documentation that I have owned the domain, but I do not have any of the stuff you are asking me for in your firm. I’m panicking, please help.

On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created three days ago. The phrase “Burt site” is meaningless – we need to know the full address of the site that appears in your browser when you view the site to be able to help you with this.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
