accidentally deleted admin

  I deleted an admin by accident and meant to select attribute changes to me so that it doesn’t delete everything he changed on my site and unfortunately it’s all gone :( I googled and it said you guys can restore if its been within the last 30 days? I just did this about 10 minutes ago on 7/22/24. thanks!
