Accidentally Deleted Contact Form on my Contact Page

  I just built a website that originally had a contact form on an contact page, but in trying to adjust the email address, I accidentally deleted the form itself and updated it. How can I get a contact form back on the page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have actually restored it by using your video on adding contact forms and using the short codes provided. However I notice that I don’t have the @ type of tool icon on my tool bar??? (hence my problem with adding back the contact form). Why would I be missing this?

  It’s fine, I’ve figured how to access the add a contact form…just not located where the video says. Thanks
