Accidentally deleted .de domain – need advice

    Hi everyone,

    I accidentally deleted my .de-domain today. It was registered through WordPress.com as part of a Premium plan (purchased April 2025). I assumed it would be immediately available for transfer, but that was wrong.

    WordPress AI confirmed the domain is currently “parked” and may still be recoverable.

    This domain is my business name, so I want to make sure I don’t do anything wrong. Can anyone share:

    • What “parked” usually means for a .de domain
    • If restoration is typically possible at this stage
    • How long it takes for a deleted .de domain to become available if not restored
