  I accidentally deleted my domain: allisonhongmerrill.com. Do you mind telling me how to retrieve it? Thanks.

  A quick question: When you restore my domain for me, will all the content on my website still be there?

  Thanks! The domain has been restored. Canceling a domain changes where it points, but anything it was pointed to before should still be there.

  So, my domain is allisonhongmerrill.com. It’s my author website. After paying $19 for the domain subscription, I visit my author website, but it takes me to allisonhongmerrillcom.wordpress.com instead of allisonhongmerrill.com. Please forgive me, as I know nothing about website, but how do I get back to my original website, allisonhongmerrill.com? The hosting company is SiteGround. Is that where I take the question to? Thank you!

  I see that you’ve successfully updated the domain’s nameserver, and now your domain is correctly pointing to your Siteground-hosted website.

  If you cannot view your site, please clear your browser’s cache and try again.
